In case a product is defective we will send you, without any charge from you, a new same product, if you wish. To do this, you will be asked to send us photos that prove the product is defective. If this is not apparent from the photos you should send us the product back to check it out. In any case, the products you wish to return must be accompanied by the necessary legal documents and receipts. We advise you to return the product as a registered parcel and possibly choose a declared value shipment that represents the cost of the products you ship. This is necessary in case of theft or loss by the transport services. The shipping costs of the return of the product are not covered by AENAON KALLOS and are borne by the customer.
