Shipping throughout Greece.
Delivery of your order is made within 24 hours to the courier company. Shipping throughout Greece will be done with a courier company, with the exception of bulky items, which will be shipped with a general transport company (agency).
At the customer’s request, bulky items can be shipped with a courier company. In this case, the shipping costs are borne by the customer and are determined after consultation with our company.
There is the possibility of sending orders outside Greece. In this case, the method and shipping costs are determined after consultation with our company.
Order delivery time from 1 to 5 working days. Delivery times are indicative and can vary depending on conditions such as strikes or extreme weather events. Weekends and holidays are not counted in the delivery times.
Our central warehouses are open daily from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm.
Orders received outside of these hours will be processed the next business day.
The goods travel on behalf of and at the responsibility of the customer.
Our company does not bear any responsibility for any damages that will be caused during the transfer.
* According to IATA international standards, a bulky object is defined as any object whose volumetric weight is greater than the actual one. Then you charge based on the volumetric weight of the package.
The volumetric weight is given by the formula: (Length * Height * Width) / 5000 where the dimensions are calculated in centimeters.
